- What is a credit?
- One credit is one generated slide. A carousel is usually nine to eleven slides, so about ten credits. A text-only LinkedIn post is one credit.
- What happens when I run out?
- Generation pauses — nothing is deleted and everything you have made stays in your library. Top up, or wait for your monthly credits to arrive.
- Do credits expire?
- Monthly credits roll over for one month, capped at one month's worth. Credits you buy as a top-up last twelve months.
- What if a carousel fails?
- You are not charged. Credits are reserved when you start and released when the carousel is delivered — if it fails, the reservation is returned in full. A short carousel only costs the slides it actually produced.
- Can I use credits on either product?
- Yes. One balance covers LinkedIn and Instagram, and anything we add later.
