Refunds

Generation is metered, so most billing questions are answered by the credit rules rather than by a refund.
Failed generations are never charged
Credits are reserved when a generation starts and released when it finishes. If it fails, the whole reservation is returned automatically — there is nothing to claim.
A carousel that produces fewer slides than reserved costs only the slides delivered.
Output you are not happy with
Credits are consumed by generation, not by whether you like the result, so a delivered carousel is not automatically refundable.
If output is unusable because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will credit your account.
Subscriptions
Cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed.
We do not pro-rate part-months. Unused monthly credits follow the rollover rule in the terms.
Top-up credits
Top-ups are non-refundable once purchased, except where the law requires otherwise. They remain valid for twelve months.
